ALLEN MILLS — Mr. and Mrs. Richard Quinn will celebrate their 40th anniversary today.
They were united in marriage Nov. 7, 1970, at St. Joseph's Church, Force.
He is the son of the late Harry Quinn and Mary Ewing Quinn.
She is the daughter of the late John Serafini and Costanza Parisi Serafini.
They have four children: Beth of Reynoldsville, Mary of Pittsburgh, Hope of California and Richard of Apollo; and two grandchildren.
