Larkin 50th Anniversary
FALLS CREEK — Mr. and Mrs. Leonard (Gerry Olchesky) Larkin of Falls Creek celebrated their 50th anniversary.
They were married Jan. 22, 1955, at St. Stephen’s Church in Johnstown.
He was owner/manager of John T. Larkin Co. for 53 years.
He retired in 2002.
He has also served as mayor of Falls Creek for the past six years.
She was employed in the physical therapy department at DuBois Regional Medical Center for 24 years. She retired in 1999.
They have four children: Dave Larkin of Falls Creek, Sandy Bearfield of DuBois, Karen Kemerer of Falls Creek and Chris Damron of Palmyra; and 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Their children hosted a dinner Saturday at Fort Worth’s restaurant in DuBois in honor of their parents.
