COHEN - GREENE
Sharon Kaye Greene and Justin McClintock Cohen were married on May 24, 2008, at the Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, MA. Dr. Mark L. Wilson, the couple's former academic advisor and a professor of epidemiology, officiated at the ceremony. The bride wore a Pronovias gown purchased at a Brides Against Breast Cancer charity event.
The bride and groom met at the University of Michigan, where both earned M.P.H. and Ph.D. degrees in epidemiology.
The bride is the daughter of Carol Sagan Greene and William Kaye Greene, who lived in Charleston, W.Va., for 23 years and currently reside in League City, TX. Dr. Greene, who is keeping her name, is a native of Charleston, graduated from George Washington High School, and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Chicago. She is currently an epidemiologist on the faculty of the Department of Ambulatory Care and Prevention at Harvard Medical School, where she conducts surveillance for vaccine safety.
The groom is a son of Bonnie McClintock Cohen and Jay Spencer Cohen of Macungie, PA. Dr. Cohen graduated from Emmaus High School and Yale Uni- versity. He is currently a senior research associate for the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative, where he applies operations research to improve global treatment of HIV/AIDS and malaria.
The newlyweds returned to their residence in Brookline, MA after a honeymoon in Peru, where they explored the rain forest, Machu Picchu, and Lake Titicaca.
