Foradori 50th Anniversary
BROCKWAY - Mr. and Mrs. Alex Foradori (Betty Fye) of Brockway celebrated their 50th anniversary April 16, 2005.
There were married April 16, 1955, at St. Tobias Parish in Brockway.
They have four children: Cathy Morrison, Denise Foradori, Richard Foradori and Merry Inzana, all of Brockway, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
An anniversary Mass to celebrate the occasion was held at St. Tobias Catholic Church followed by a family dinner at the Brockway American Legion.

(Obituary of Alex Foradori: "Alexander Foradori Jr., age 82, of Route 219, Brockport, Pa., was called to his eternal rest on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at his residence.
Born on Dec. 27, 1934, in Brockport, he was the son of the late Alexander and Frances Coder Foradori Sr. On April 16, 1955 he was married to Betty L. Fye and she preceded him in death on March 7, 2014.
Retired, Alex had been employed as supervisor of the Shipping Department at Brockway Glass for 40 years. He was a member of St. Tobias Church in Brockway where he also ran the food pantry for many years. He was Brockway's 2008 Man of the Year and he enjoyed hunting and gardening. Alex served as the head coach of the Brockway Demons girls softball team, and he was an avid fan of the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by three daughters, Merry (Michael) Inzana of Brockway, Denise (Denise Pisarchick) Foradori, also of Brockway, and Cathy Foradori of Crenshaw; a son, Richard (Danette) Foradori of Brockport; a brother, Harry (Doris) Foradori of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; grandchildren: Michael, David and Bryan Snyder; Cassandra, Jacob, Tyler and Zachary Foradori; Jennifer Scicchitano, Joshua and Julianne Inzana. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and his wife he is also preceded in death by three brothers, Virgil, Donald and Robert Foradori; a sister, Mary Witz; and a grandson, Matthew Foradori. Friends will be received on Thursday, Aug. 17, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Tobias Church in Brockway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Tobias Church with Fr. David Foradori (a nephew) presiding and Msgr. Charles Kaza con-celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to The Make A Wish Foundation, St. Tobias Vacation Bible School or to the charity of the donor's choice. (Obituary of Betty Foradori: "Betty L. Foradori, 78, of 4322 Route 219, Brockport, was called to her eternal rest on Friday, March 7, 2014, at DuBois Regional Medical Center. Born May 12, 1935, in Elbon, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Oleta Clinton Fye. She was married on April 16, 1955, to Alex Foradori, and he survives. Betty was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway, where she also was active in the Rosary Society. She was the manager of the St. Vincent DePaul thrift store, also in Brockway. Her greatest joy came from taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker. Betty is survived by her children: Cathy Foradori of Crenshaw, Denise Foradori (Denise Pisarchick) of Brockway, Richard (Danette) Foradori of Brockport and Merry (Michael) Inzana, also of Brockway; a brother, Charles (Jacque) Fye of Oak Harbor, Wash.; grandchildren: Michael, David and Bryan Snyder; Cassandra, Jacob, Tyler and Zachary Foradori; Jennifer Scicchitano, Joshua and Julianne Inzana.
