SALIZZONI 40th ANNIVERSARY
RIMERSBURG - Bill and Shirley Salizzoni of Rimersburg will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on April 4.
The couple were married by the late Rev. Carl Aites on April 4, 1964, at the Huey Church of God of Prophecy.
Mrs. Salizzoni is the former Shirley Marsh, daughter of the late Charles and Dorothea Marsh of the Bela area. She is a homemaker.
Mr. Salizzoni is the son of the late Virgil and Joyce Salizzoni of the Huey area. He is a supervisor with Toby Township.
They have two children, William Salizzoni and his wife, Sherri, of Treasure Lake in DuBois and Janey Corle and her husband, Jeff, of Rimersburg; and three granddaughters, Bethany Corle, Cynthia Salizzoni and Megan Salizzoni.
A celebration dinner will be held for Mr. and Mrs. Salizzoni at the RRR Roadhouse in Clarion at a later date.

SALIZZONI 50th ANNIVERSARY
Bill and Shirley Salizzoni of Huey are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today (April 4, 2014).
Bill Salizzoni and the former Shirley Marsh were married April 4, 1964, at Church of God of Prophecy in Huey by the Rev. Carl Aites.
Mrs. Salizzoni is the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothea Marsh. She was a caregiver, worked at Sligo Sunoco and at Union School District as an educational aide before retiring.
Mr. Salizzoni is the son of the late Virgil and Joyce Salizzoni. He retired from Rex Hide as a professional painter and as a Toby Township supervisor.
The couple have two children, William Salizzoni and his wife, Sherri, of Slippery Rock; and Janey Corle and her husband, Jeff, of Rimersburg.
They have three grandchildren, Cynthia and Megan Salizzoni of Slippery Rock and Bethany Corle of Rimersburg.
One great-grandchild completes the family.
The couple will mark the occasion by celebrating with family.
