Bussard 60th Anniversary
REYNOLDSVILLE — Charles and Marie Bussard were married April 11, 1944, in Reynoldsville.
They have three children:, Diane Schuler of Brockport, N.Y., Charles Bussard of Reynoldsville and the late Sharon Bussard.
They also have six grandchildren.
Their children hosted a family dinner in their honor at Fat Man’s Restaurant in Reynoldsville to celebrate the occasion.

(Obituary of Marie Bussard: "Marie Patterson Bussard, 90, of Reynoldsville, Pa., went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at DuBois Village in DuBois, Pa. Born July 6, 1925, in Clarion, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Patterson and the late Ethel (McGinnis) Patterson. She was the wife of the late Charles O. Bussard, who passed away Sept. 29, 2006. She was a graduate of Reynoldsville High School. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She loved to spend time with her family and was very active in the church. Surviving are son, Charles T. Bussard (Denise) of Reynoldsville, Pa.; daughter, Diane Schuler (John) of Brockport, N.Y.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Sharon Lee Bussard; brothers, Raymond Patterson and Thomas Patterson; sisters, Helen Whitaker and Dorothy Barron. Marie was the last member of her immediate family. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016, at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, Pa. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, located at 504 Jackson St., Reynoldsville, PA 15851 with the Rev. Thomas Carr officiating. Interment will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville, Pa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reynoldsville United Methodist Church or to the charity of donor's choice.")
