Chelsea LeAne Kalberloh and Arthur William Jackson Jr. were united in marriage Oct. 4, 2003 in The Ballroom in downtown Chicago, Ill.
The bride is the daughter of Patricia Kalberloh of Great Bend, KS and the groom is the son of Jeanne and Arthur Jackson Sr. of Big Rock, Ill. Steve Krason officiated the ceremony.
Escorted by her brothers, Morgan Kalberloh of Tallahassee, Fla., and Brad Weisbond of Overland Park, Ks,, the bride wore a white floor-length matte satin slip gown with spaghetti straps, a beaded bodice trimmed with beaded sheer insets and a white cascading chiffon knee-length neck scarf.
She carried an aromatic bouquet of herbs and jade roses.
Special attendant of the bride was Dave Chong of Los Angeles, Calif.
Bridesmaids were Mandy Stadtmiller of Chicago, Mary Susan Littlepage of Dallas, Texas, and Andrea
Jackson of Big Rock, sister-in-law of the groom.
The bridesmaids wore black spaghetti strap gowns and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.
Groomsmen were John Jackson and Michael Jackson, both of Big Rock, brothers of the groom. Jason Giles of St. Augustine, Fla., was a groomsmen in absentia.
Ushers were Matt Felke of Ellinwood, KS, uncle of the bride, and Cort Kormos of Geneva, Ill., uncle of the groom.
Mike Sturgess of Chicago was vocalist and guitarist during the ceremony.
Grandparents of the couple are Irvin Felke of Great Bend and the late Annie Felke, Howard and Leda
Kalberloh of Merriam, George and Ann Jackson, Marie Hall and the Rev. John and Janet Hall, all of
Aurora, Ill.
The bride is a graduate of Great Bend High School and Northwestern University.
The groom is a graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
He also studied in the culinary program at Kendall College.
He is the executive chef at Bijans Bistro at State and Erie in downtown Chicago.
The couple reside in Chicago.
