The Rev. George Redington officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Leon and Jan Dunn of St. John, Orville Pfortmiller of Natoma and the late Loretta Pfortmiller.
Grandmothers of the bride are Gladys Dunn of St. John and Opal Knappenberger of Stafford.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an a-line gown with a scooped neck tank.
The overlay bodice was adorned with a layer of lace and a splash of pearls.
The pleat effect waist, dropped down into a simple cathedral-length train.
Her head was adorned with a silver tiara extending into a waistlength veil.
She carried a white daisy bouquet. Matron of honor was Nancy Sell, Sylvania, Ga.
Bridesmaids were Jenny Bradley of Denver, Colo., Katie Janssen of Ellsworth, cousin of the bride, and Jennifer Vukonich of Meeker, Colo.
They wore floorlength, deep lavender colored dresses.
Best man was the groom’s brother, Rick Pfortmiller of Otterbein, Ind.
Groomsmen were Mike Meyers of Topeka, Brad Ward of Russell, and John Krueger of Kensington.
Ushers were Brian Dunn of St. John, brother of the bride, Dale Pracht, Bryan, Texas., and Clayton Slipke of Garnett, nephew of the groom.
Flower girls were Kaylea Knappenberger of St. John, cousin of the bride, and Tatum Pfortmiller, Otterbein, niece of the groom.
Candle lighters were Stephanie Loeppke of Manhattan and Sammi Mangus of Phoenix, Ariz., niece of the groom.
Music was provided by Cleo Bartlett of St. John, vocalist, and Leah Hill of Wichita, aunt of the bride, organist.
The bride is a graduate of St. John High School, Kansas State University and the University of Georgia with a degree in food science.
She is employed as a site manager for the K-State at Barton distance education partnership.
She is also an associate faculty instructor for Barton County Community College.
The groom is a graduate of Natoma High School, Colby Community College and KState with a degree in animal science.
He is involved in production agriculture and manages a swine unit near St. John.
The couple reside in Stafford.
