Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a dress designed by Monique with a fitted bodice covered in tiny pearls and layers of scalloped taling, also covered with pearls.
Maid of honor was Jennifer Miller of Lawrence, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Tina Rosenthal, Wendy White and Liza McDermott, all of Lawrence, and Amy Coleman of Emporia, sister of the bridegroom.
Best man was Shane McDermott of Lawrence.
Groomsmen were Dane Schmidt, cousin of the groom, and Dave Rosenthal, both of Lawrence, Colby Murphy of Manhattan and Mark Moore of Hutchinson.
Ushers were Ty Vonfeldt and Cole Vonfeldt, both of Norman, Okla., and cousins of the bride, Josh Hagen and Joel White, both of Lawrence.
Junior bride was McKinna Merhahn of Pawnee Rock.
Organist was Mark Holmberg, professor of music at the University of Kansas.
Vocalist was Michelle Licthenhaues of Overland Park.

The bride is a graduate of Great Bend High School and Lunaria Bodywork Institute of Lawrence.
She is a massage therapist at Mario Tricoci Salon Day Spa in Kansas City.
She is also a therapist educator.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Emporia High School and attended Emporia State University, University of Kansas and two years in the U.S. Navy with honorable discharge.
He is employed by J.H.S. Coleman Insurance Agency as an insurance agent.
A reception was held at Abe and Jakes Landing in Lawrence with a dinner and dance following.
The couple resides in Lawrence.
