Johns - Weiland
Butler residents Elizabeth Johns and Travis Weiland exchanged wedding vows at 4 p.m. Nov. 1 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Vagabond Center.
The bride is the daughter of Randall and Victoria Johns of Parker. Parents of the bridegroom are Arthur and Gina Weiland of Chicora.
The matron of honor was Lisa Weiland of Butler. Bridesmaids were Mandy Johns of Butler and Aimee Miller and Jodee Hall, both of Chicora.
Serving as best man was Brian Weiland of Butler. Ushers were Charles Johns of Butler, Stephen Rodgers of Monroeville and Michael Bonefeste of Herman.
The bride graduated in 1998 from Karns City High School and in 2000 from Butler County Community College. She works for U.S. Investigation Services in Grove City.
The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Karns City High School, in 2000 from Butler County Community College and in 2002 from Clarion University. He works for the Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle.
The couple is making their home in Butler following a honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
