Messersmith - Underwood
Nicole Underwood, the daughter of Betty Underwood of Great Bend and Pat Underwood of Texas, and
Joseph Messersmith, the son of Joe Messersmith and Judy Messersmith, both of Great Bend, were
united in marriage June 21, 2003 at Trinity Lutheran Church.
The Rev. James Strasen officiated the doublering ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
She wore a bridal white tulle and matte satin gown featuring a short sleeved, scooped neck bodice covered in medallions of pearled and sequined re-embroidered Alencon lace.
The full ballroom skirt swept into its own semi-cathedral train and featured layers of tulle scattered with matching beaded lace medallions and bordered at the hem in deep matching hem lace.
Maid of honor was Tacoa Underwood of Great Bend, sister of the bride.
Best man was Kevin Popp of Hoisington.
