Crowley - Bonine
Jilinda Kay Bonine and Christopher Smith Crowley were united in marriage on May 25, 2003 in the gardens of Longview Mansion, outside of Kansas City.
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Jan Bonine of Great Bend and the groom is the son of Arthur E. Crowley, Jr. and Marcia Rushford, both of Rutland, Vt.
The Rev. Hal Staats officiated.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory bias-cut gown with a beaded lace overlay, a sweep train and a chapellength veil.
She carried a bouquet of bright pink miniature calla lilies, French tulips, peonies and roses. Sarena Wallack, of New York, N.Y., was the maid of honor and the best man was David Crowley, brother of the groom, of Washington D.C.
Flower girl was Paige Crowley, niece of the groom, of Henderson, Nev.
Ushers were Carver Bonine and David Bonine, brothers of the bride, Andrew Crowley, brother of the groom, and Christopher Siliski, Andrew Dick and Brian Smith.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Great Bend High School and graduated from Tufts University in 1997 with a degree in International Relations.
The bride previously worked for Congressman Jerry Moran and in Stuttgart, Germany for Hugo Boss.
She is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Georgetown University.
The groom is a 1988 graduate of Rutland High School, and a 1992 graduate of the University of Vermont.
He holds a Masters in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
He works for the U.S. Department of Defense at Southern Command as a Congressional Affairs Officer.
The couple resides in Washington, D.C.
