Amerine Anniverseary
Earl and Fae Amerine of Las Vegas, Nev., and
formerly of Great Bend announce their 65th
wedding anniversary.
Amerine and the former Fae Doss of Hoisington,
were married July 1, 1934.
Their children are Dennis Amerine, Jerry Amerine,
Janice Hudgins, and Alica Eskere, all of
Las Vegas, Dale Amerine of Cairo, Egypt, and
Don Amerine of Agoura, Calif.

(Obituary of Fae Amerine: "PARKER, Colo. – Fae Amerine, 94, died May 27, 2012, at Colorado Assisted Living, Parker, Colo. She was born Oct. 29, 1917, at Thornfield, Mo., the daughter of Samuel Gordon and Alice Ruby (McAllister) Doss. She married Earl Marion Amerine July 5, 1936, at Lyons. He died March 10, 2011. Mrs. Amerine had been a resident of Parker, Colo., previously living many years in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nev., having moved from Great Bend in 1957. She was a member of Shadow Hills Baptist Church, Las Vegas. She was a homemaker. Survivors include: Four Sons, Jerry Amerine of Rockport, Texas, Don Amerine and his wife Anne of Agoura Hills, Calif., Dennis Amerine and his wife Kirsti of Colville, Wash., and Dale Amerine and his wife Mona of Denver, Colo.; two daughters, Janice Hudgins and her husband Gene of Temple, Texas, and Lisa Eskew and her husband Bill of Las Vegas; one sister,: Phyllis Parsons, Newbury Park, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Frances Shepard, Loraine Strader and Naomi Sams. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at Bryant Funeral Home with Pastor Sandy Kennedy officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Great Bend. Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m., Friday, June 1, at the funeral home. Memorial are suggested to the Salvation Army, in care of the funeral home. (Obituary of Earl Amerine: "Earl Marion Amerine, 95, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011. He was born in Great Bend, Kan., and was a resident of Las Vegas since 1987. He is survived by Fae, his wife, of 74 years; his children, Jerry of Las Vegas, Don of Agoura Hills, Calif., Janice of Temple, Texas, Dennis of Colville, Wash., Dale of Denver, and Lisa of Las Vegas; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, at Shadow Hills Baptist Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. The family asks that anyone wishing to make donations that they be made to Salvation Army or Nathan Adelson Hospice.")
