Marion and Marva Jean Ford celebrate 62nd anniversary
Marion and Marva Jean Ford will celebrate their 62nd wedding anniversary Sunday (Feb. 10, 2002).
They were married when he was 20 and she was 15.
They moved to Hesston in 1950.
They purchased a dry cleaning business at 105 N. Main and built a new location on Smith Street, where Fuqua Insurance is now located.
The Fords operated the dry cleaning business for nine years.
They sold the business while Mr. Ford was serving as superintendent of Hesston Manufacturing Company, Inc.
