Mr. and Mrs. David Steed III of Fayetteville announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Julie Ann Steed, to Billy Walter Cain, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cain, also of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Bishop of Fayetteville and Mrs. Jack Wink of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and the late David Steed, Jr.
She is a 1993 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
She also received her Master's degree from The State University of West Georgia in August, 2000.
She is employed by the Fayette County Board of Education as a fourth grade teacher at Spring Hill Elementary School.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Homer Cain and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Hayes.
He is a 1996 graduate of Fayette County High School and is a Master Plumber for Local 72.
He is employed by Art Plumbing in Smyrna.
The wedding will be Jan. 27, 2001, at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
