Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kellis Moss of Vicksburg, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Minta Elizabeth Moss, to Dru Merrill Horton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Merrill Horton of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Crosby Moss of Meridian, Miss., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kenneth Quave, also of Meridian.
She is a graduate of Warren Central High School and the University of Mississippi, and is employed by CSX Corporation.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Merrill Horton of Anniston, Ala., and the late David Greene McGinnis and Hannah Clark McGinnis, also of Anniston.
He is a graduate of Riverdale High School and the University of Alabama, and is self employed.
The wedding will be March 17, 2001, at 6 p.m., at the Cranford Street United Methodist Church in Vicksburg, Miss.
