Ms. Christine Moore of Newnan announces the engagement of her daughter, Melissa Ann Moore, to Richard Allen Moye, son of the late Larry Richard Moye of Forest Park and Mrs. David Wilson of Lenoir City, Tenn.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Melvin F. Weeks of Ft. Wayne, Ind. and Lois V. Weeks of Peachtree City, and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Moore of Brunswick.
She is a graduate of Starr's Mill High School and currently attends the State University of West Georgia in Carrollton.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Robert Lee Moye and the late Gertrude Moye of Morrow, and Mr. and Mrs. S.O. Allen of Loudon, Tenn.
He is a graduate of Lenoir City High School and is currently employed by Ford Motor Company in Hapeville.
The wedding will be Dec. 16, 2000, at Heatherwood Baptist Church of Newnan.
