Sconyers - Harris
Mr. and Mrs. Paul C. Sconyers of Peachtree City announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Michelle Sconyers, to James Bryan Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Harris, III, also of Peachtree City.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Dorothy Bard and the late Mrs. Edith Sconyers, both of Tampa, Fla.
She is a graduate of McIntosh High School and the University of Georgia and is presently a math teacher at McIntosh High School.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Ray of East Point, James Harris, Jr. of Fayetteville, and the late Jo Alice Harris.
He is a graduate of McIntosh High School and Florida State University, and is presently in partnership in a family business.
The wedding will be Nov. 25, 2000, at Flint Hill Plantation in Norcross.
The couple will reside in Newnan.
