Timothy and Wendy McGill of Pittsford announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Elizabeth McGill, to Benjamin Ridge McClintic, the son of William and Anne McClintic of Gillett, PA.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Pittsford Mendon High School.
She received her bachelors degree in psychology from Cornell University, and is employed as a first-grade teacher at Lesley Ellis School in Arlington, MA.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Elmira.
He received a bachelor's degree in animal science from Cornell University.
He teachers 9th and 10th grade math and biology at Jeremiah Burke High School in Dorcester, MA and plans to attend medical school in the fall of 2003.
The wedding is planned for July 20, 2002 and will be held at the Christ Episcopal Church of Pittsford.
