HOGAN - LOWMAN
CLINTON — A home at Senate Plaza Apartments, Columbia, will be established by Harry Franklin Lowman III and his bride, the former Frances Jane Hogan, when they return from a trip to the Virgin Islands.
The couple exchanged vows at 4 p.m. Saturday at All Saints' Episcopal Church.
The Rev. Dr. Ronald Philip Anderson and the Rev. Rhilip Griffen Clarke Jr. officiated.
The bride, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Willis Hogan of 204 York St., is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. degree in nursing.
She is a nurse educator at Greenville General Hospital.
The groom, a son of Col. and Mrs. Harry Franklin Lowman Jr. of Calvert Avenue, attends the University of South Carolina.
He is majoring in advertising.
Harriette Caperton Lowman of Charleston was maid of honor.
Matron of honor was Mrs. Thomas Banks Meyers of Camden.
Father of the groom was best man.
The couple received guests at the home of the bride's parents.
