A honeymoon in Asheville, N.C., is following the noon wedding Saturday of Catherine Elaine Kingsbury and Jerry Russell Blair.
The service was held at Edwards Road Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Thomas C. Cross officiating.
A reception was held in the church social hall.
The bride is a daughter of Mrs. John C. Kingsbury of Mitchell Road.
The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry B. Blair of Parkins Mill Road, is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a B.A. degree in international studies.
He is a lieutenant in the Army, stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash.
Gwyn Vinson of Taylors was maid of honor.
Father of the groom served as best man.
The couple will live in Tacoma, Wash.
