Janet and Robert Bergen celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 23, 2004.
The celebration began with Mass at St. Saviour Church in Rossmoyne followed by a private dinner party for family and close friends at Watson Brothers Bistro in Blue Ash.
Janet and Robert were married at St. Elizabeth Church in Norwood on October 23, 1954.
The couple has six children and 14 grandchildren.
Mom and Dad,
We, your children, would like to congratulate you on fifty years of marriage. We are so blesse and fortunate to have such amazing and caring parents. You have raised us, taught us and loved us through good times and bad. Through it all, we watched you both work together and saw your love grow stronger through the years. You have really shown us what marriage, commitment and family is all about. We are proud of you and so happy for you.
