The Reverend Richard L. Kranzley officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Susan Balser and the granddaughter of Dorothy Balser King.
The groom's parents are Paul and Linda Goins and Robert and Marsha Brewer.
Grandparents of the groom are Beve and Lois Goins.
The bride is a graduate of Miami University and holds a Master's degree in education.
She teaches fifth grade in the St. Bernard School District.
The groom received his degree from Cumberland College and is employed as a software engineer for First Data Government Solutions.
Maid of honor was the bride's sister, April Balser.
Attending the bride were Alisa Wilson and Ellen Muffitt of Chicago, Illinois; Tiffany Toxey of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Carey Mahoney, Lori Wallin and Amy Gillespie of Cincinnati. Best man was Roger Hensley of Louisa, Kentucky.
The groomsmen were Ethan Balser, Jay Balser, Bryan Watts, Benjamin Gillespie and Robby Brewer of Cincinnati.
Flower girls were Karissa Goins of Sneedville, Tennessee and Abigail Watkins, of Columbus, Ohio.
Andrew Boreing of Mason served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Manor House in Mason.
The honeymoon included a Caribbean cruise and a stay in Key West.
The couple will reside in Maineville, Ohio.
