LAMPE - MAY
MRS. WESLEY M. LAMPE
WHITE URNS containing seasonal flowers decorated the altar of the Westwood Methodist Church for the marriage of Miss Constance May, daughter of Mrs. Ruth Nickulis and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Scheuman, to Mr. Wesley M. Lampe, son of Mrs. Vera Lampe and the late Mr. Wesley M. Lamp.
The ceremony took place on January 22, [1955] with Dr. J. Charlton Babbs officiating.
Given in marriage by her grandfather, the bride had Mrs. Ruth Leonard, a sister of the bridegroom, as matron of honor, and the Misses Joyce Mohaupt, Jo Ann Rogers and Maureen Miller as bridesmaids.
Mr. Robert Lampe served as best man for his brother, and the ushers were Messrs.
Bruce May, a brother of the bride; Karl Mohaupt, Donald Moak and Paul Hyde.
A reception was held in the church rectory following the ceremony, after which Mr. Lampe and his bride left for their honeymoon trip.
They are residing on Wunder Avenue.
Mr. Lampe is a student at the University of Cincinnati, where he is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
