Richardson - McKissick II
Brienna Richardson and Sam McKissick II, both of Erie, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Aug. 16 at First United Methodist Church in Titusville. The Rev. Jeffrey Childs, the groom’s uncle, officiated. The couple greeted guests at the reception held in the church’s fellowship hall.
The bride is the daughter of Ilene Richardson of Fairview, and Daryl Hunt of Erie. Parents of the bridegroom are Sam and Linda McKissick of Chicora.
The maid of honor was Tricia Carr of Millcreek. The flower girl was the bride’s sister, Kaylee Hunt of Erie.
The best men were Maurice Jackson of Canton, Ohio, and Corey Herbert of Erie. The ring bearer was the groom’s cousin, Corey King of Erie.
The bride graduated from McDowell High School in Millcreek and works at the Fairview Veterinary Hospital.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Karns City High School and in 2001 from Westminster College, earning a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communications. He is employed at Corry Publishing in Erie as an associate publisher for Vertmarkerts’ Life Science Group.
The couple is making their home in Erie.
