SPURLOCK - Irene and Hubert
Irene and Hubert Spurlock celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, October 16, 2004 with a family dinner in the Pfeiffer Room of the Clarion Hotel.
They were married October 16, 1954, in Columbia Methodist Church in Cincinnati.
She is the former Irene Madden.
He retired from Milacron in 1988 after 35 years with the company.
Joining in the celebration were their son David of Rolla, Missouri, their daughter Sheila Manninen, her husband Mark, son Erik and daughter Lindsey of Granger, Indiana.
Irene's brother Bill Madden and his wife Geneva of Louisville, Kentucky, and Hubert's sister Helen Strickland and her husband Del of Cincinnati were among those attending.
Residents of Cincinnati until 1992, Irene and Hubert currently live in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
