John and Kimberly Hoffert of Mount Lookout, Ohio, (formerly of Bolingbrook, Illinois) are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison Jean, of Louisville, Kentucky, to Sgt. Matthew Lee Faith, son of Dennis and Becky Faith, of Corydon, Indiana.
Allison, a 1996 Bolingbrook H.S. (IL) graduate, graduated from Centre College in 2000 with a BA in English and Spanish.
She is scheduled to complete her MA in English at the University of Louisville in December 2004.
Allison is an editor at ProQuest Company in Louisville.
Matthew, a 1999 Corydon Central H.S. graduate, has an Associates Degree in Aeronautical Science.
He is a conductor for Norfolk Southern Railroad in Louisville.
At present, Matthew is a Sergeant in the 8th of the 229th Aviation Attack Brigade and is currently serving in Iraq.
No wedding date has been set due to his deployment.
