MORRIS Anniversary
Patsy Ann (Bish) and Henry F. Morris of Middleboro, Massachusetts and Venice, Florida recently celebrated their 50th anniversary privately with their children.
Mr. and Mrs. Morris were married in Cincinnati on May 22, 1954.
Mrs. Morris grew up and attended school there.
She worked at the Card Factory as a young woman and after marriage she became a devoted housewife and mother.
Mr. Morris graduated from Middleboro High School and the University of Cincinnati.
He worked for General Electric in Evendale, Ohio and Lynn, Massachusetts until his retirement.
They now enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
They have five children, Stephanie Bartlett of Venice, Florida, Lisa Eldredge and Barton Morris of Harwichport, Massachusetts, Matthew Morris and Nicole Kakar of Middleboro, Massachusetts.
They have nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

(Obituary of Henry Morris: "Henry F. Morris, age 86 years, lifelong resident of Middleboro, died peacefully at his home Wednesday, July 16, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Patsy (Bish) Morris of Middleboro; they had been married for 60 years. Born and raised in Middleboro, he was the son of the late Jaono M. and Marie C. (Santos) DeOliveira. He was a Middleboro High School graduate, Class of 1946, and also earned his bachelors degree at the University of Cincinnati. Henry was an instructor at the General Electric Company in Lynn, for 35 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Middleboro. Henry was an avid skier, well into his 80s, and enjoyed traveling. He will be warmheartedly remembered as a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife, Patsy; three daughters, Stephanie Bartlett of Venice, Fla., Lisa Eldredge of Harwich, Nicole Proctor of Lakeville; two sons, Barton Morris of Brewster, Matthew J. Morris of Middleboro; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was the last survivor of 10 siblings. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 340 Centre St., Middleboro. Private burial will be held at a later date.")
