WILHELM - Paul & Joyce
The family and friends of Paul and Joyce Wilhelm celebrate their 50 years of marriage on June 19, 2004.
On June 19, 1954 Paul and Joyce were married at the Kennedy Heights Presbyterian Church followed by a reception at the Makatewa Country Club.
A celebration will be held to honor that special day at the Marriott Riverfront in Covington, Kentucky.
Paul and Joyce have resided in Turpin Hills for the past 48 years.
Paul, the founder and former owner of Clipper Products, is the son of the late Walter G. and Mary King Wilhelm.
Joyce is the daughter of Ruth M. Schubert and the late Arthur W. Schubert.
Hosts for the 50th anniversary celebration are their loving children, Steven and Rosietha Wilhelm and Arthur Wilhelm.
Guests include Paul and Joyce's five grandchildren, Michael, Brooks, Christina, David, and Alex.
Paul's sister, Jean Kerr, and niece, Lynn Schwarz, of Cleveland, Ohio, nephews Walt (Ann) Kerr of Asheville, North Carolina, and Bill (Deb) Kerr of San Diego, California will join in the festivities.
Joyce's cousin, Bob Schubert and his wife, Carol, of Cincinnati will also attend.
Carol was a member of the original wedding party.
Paul and Joyce's close friends and golfing buddies in Cincinnati, Naples, Florida and Les Cheneaux Islands, Michigan, Jerry and Linda Dolbey, Rex and Ellie Ely, and "Spike" and Marie Gerwin will be present to add their special panache.
Guests will enjoy a brunch on Sunday at the Marriott hosted by Paul and Joyce to conclude a wonderful weekend in honor of Paul and Joyce's 50 years of love and devotion.
