DETERS - ROONEY

Mr. and Mrs. Stephen F. Deters of Cincinnati and Leland, Michigan, announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Ann, to Mr. Daniel Xavier Rooney.

Mr. Rooney is the son of Mrs. Kathleen Rooney, and the late Eugene Rooney, of Norwalk, Connecticut.

The future bride and groom are graduates of Loyola University, Chicago.

Ms. Deters is a Senior Financial Analyst for America Online in Dulles, Virginia.

Mr. Rooney is an Archivist with The National Archives in College Park, Maryland.

An October 2004 wedding is planned in Cincinnati, Ohio.
