The bride, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, is the daughter of Mrs. Yoshua Israel and step-daughter of Mr. Yoshua Israel.
She attended Winton Woods High School and is currently enrolled at Cincinnati State College working on her degree in nursing.
Taiwan Phillip Howard, a native of Detroit, MI, is the son of Deborah Zabrizyski and Eugene Howard.
The groom attended Taft High School and is currently working in production with a Kentucky based manufacturing company.
