Don and Linda Rechtin of Moores Hill, Indiana, announce the engagement of their son, Matthew William to Abby Marie Targonski, daughter of Ted and Barb Targonski of Crown Point, Indiana.
Matt is a 1996 graduate of Elder High School and a 2000 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering.
He is currently employed with Waste Management, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Abby is a 1998 graduate of Andrean High School, Merriville, IN, a 2002 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and most recently received her Masters of Science in Dietetics from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois.
The wedding will take place on July 3, 2004 in Crown Point, Indiana.
The couple will reside in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
