Miss Maish is the daughter of the late George Bouscay Maish.
Mr. Brodie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Wardlaw Brodie, Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Williams of Perrysburg, Ohio and the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Anderson Maish of Cincinnati.
She was graduated from Chatham Hall, Chatham, Virginia and from The College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina.
She is presently producing her own line of pottery.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Wardlaw Brodie of Orangeburg, South Carolina, Mrs. James Thomas Blanton and the late James Thomas Blanton of St. Matthews, South Carolina.
He was graduated from Wando High School, Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina and from The College of Charleston.
He is currently employed by Janell, Inc. of Cincinnati.
The wedding is planned for June 21st at the Atwill Memorial Chapel in Northport Point, Michigan.
A reception will follow at The Club House on the Point.
The couple will reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
