He is the grandson of the late Mary and Estill Hogg and the late Chester Pogue, Sr.
He is a graduate of Fairfield High School.
The wedding will take place on November 15, 2003 at St. Xavier Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The couple will honeymoon in Aruba.
