SMITH Anniversary
Roger and Erna met in Munich Germany while Roger served in the United States Air Force.
They married in Munich on October 10th, 1953.
They will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this year.
Roger was born and raised in Madeira while Erna was born in Munich.
They have resided in Madeira for the last 46 years.
Roger retired from General Electric on January 1st, 1993 after 37 years of service.
They raised four children: Mike (Peggy) Smith, Tricia (Terry) Niehaus, Shari (Jim) Wenstrup and Doug (Wanda) Smith.
They also very much enjoy their ten grandchildren, ranging in ages from five to twenty-two.
They are Robyn, Brad, Chris, Jason, Mark, Erica, Rachel, Kurt, Natalie and Dylan.
All children and grandchildren live in or around the greater Cincinnati area.
We all want to tell them we love them and hope they have a very happy anniversary and many more to come.
