The future bride is the daughter of Lynn Lukey of Madeira and Michael Lukey of Wilder, Kentucky.
She is the granddaughter of Grace Seibel of Madeira, and the late Harold Seibel, and Ann Lukey of Madeira, and the late Frank Lukey.
She is a graduate of Madeira High School and will receive a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in March.
The future groom is the son of Barbara and Steven Shinn of Southlake, Texas.
He is the grandson of Eileen Dolan of Mt. Kisco, New York and the late Francis Dolan, and the late Edith and Howard Shinn of White Plains, New York.
A graduate of Westlake High School, he received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Kentucky.
The wedding will take place on June 26, 2004.
