Veena Vennessa Singharuksa and Joseph Timothy Webb are engaged to be married.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Suthipong Singharuksa of Chicago.
She received her Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois and is Program Director for BGC.
The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Hall of Cincinnati and Mr. and Mrs. Tim Webb of Chicago and is the grandson of Mrs. Fay Breucker and the late Edward Breucker of Cincinnati and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Webb of Miami, Florida.
A 1994 graduate of Oak Hills High School, he received his Journalism and Public Relations degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and is the Fleet Manager for Toyotain Chicago.
The wedding will take place August 31st, 2003 at the Presbyterian Church in Barrington, Illinois, preceded by a Thai-Buddhist ceremony August 30th.
After a Caribbean honeymoon the couple will reside in Streamwood, Illinois.
