BUTLERS CELEBRATE 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Audrey and Walt Butler celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 9, 2003.
Walt is a graduate of Xavier University. He served in the United States Marine Corps and retired from The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company.
Audrey is a graduate of the Collegeof Mount St. Joseph.
She is an accomplished floral and craft designer and volunteered for many years at St. Catharine Church in Westwood.
They have four children: Mike Butler, Peggy Mannix, Eileen Wilson and Nancy Lyons; two sons-in-law and seven grandchildren.
All were together for a family gathering in Florida to celebrate the occasion.

(Obituary for Audrey Butler: "Butler, Audrey Ann (nee Fledderman) Beloved wife for 64 years of Walter Michael Butler. Loving mother of Michael Butler (Dale Murray), Peggy (Burney) Schwab, Eileen (Michael) Wilson, and Nancy (Chris) Lyons. Cherished grandma of Jeff and Mike (Erin) Mannix, Andy and Mollie Wilson, and Meggan (Adam) Wilson-Jana, and Jenna and Josie Lyons plus three step grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her sister, Ruth (Dan) Rybolt. Audrey will be remembered for showering her friends and family with handmade gifts from the heart. She passed away on November 14th at the age of 88. Visitation Saturday November 18th from 9:30am-10:45am at Our Lady of Victory Church 810 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233 followed at 11am by the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. ")
