Rebecca is a graduate of Xavier University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and is employed as an Account Manager for the Allied Dome Company.
The future groom is the son of Carol Rouse and the late Charlie Rouse of Anderson Township, Ohio.
Chet is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science.
He is employed as General Manager of Sales for Heidelberg Distributing in Dayton, Ohio.
The wedding will take place on May 21, 2004 at St. Cecilia Church in Cincinnati.
The couple will reside in Anderson Township.
