Erin Leigh Demmy and Jeffrey Alan Boyd, both of Naples, Fla., were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Sept. 1, 2001 at First English Lutheran Church in Butler.
The Rev. James W. Dollhopf officiated.
A reception followed at Succop Conservancy.
The bride is the daughter of Edward and Carole Demmy of Butler.
Parents of the bridegroom are Barbara Wartberg and Lee Boyd, both of Naples.
The bride’s sister, Lisa Bellamy of Longs, S.C., was the honor attendant.
Bridesmaids were Sonita Bennitt of Larchmont, N.Y.; Heather Yeck of Monaca; and Jennifer Anthony of Kittanning.
The flower girls were Meghan Bellamy and Maya Bellamy of Longs.
Performing the duties of best man was Scott Brewer of Naples.
Ushers were Shane Dennison of Cleveland; Jay DePizzol of Hartford, Conn.; and Dan Forter of Arlington, Texas.
The bride is a 1990 graduate of Butler High School and a 1994 graduate of Indiana (Pa.) University.
She is pursuing a master’s degree in English at Slippery Rock University.
She works for the Barron-Collier School District in Naples.
The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Lely High School.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is currently a full-time student.
The couple will live in Naples.
