Sue and Paul Russell and Dale and Arlene Hudson, all of New London, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Angela S. Hudson, to Jason L. Cook. He is the son of Ernie and Michelle Cook of Hannibal and the late Peggy Cook.

The prospective bride is a 1998 graduate of Hannibal High School and is employed as a medical transcriptionist by the Hannibal Clinic.

The prospective bridegroom is also a 1998 graduate of Hannibal High School. He is employed as a technician by Reliable Termite and Pest Control.

The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. Oct. 9, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Hannibal.
