Mr. and Mrs. Wesley C. Davis of Tulsa, Okla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Jo, to Bernard J. Cook, son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Cook of Carnegie.
Miss Davis, a graduate of Texas Women's University in Denton, works at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa.
Her fiance, who is employed at Lee C. Moore Corp., also in Tulsa, is a civil engineering graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
They plan to be wed April 17, 1982.
