Tracy Lynn Osteen of Elmira, NY and Gary Earl Courtney of Horseheads, NY will be married June 29, 2002 at Saint Mary's in Elmira.
The 11:00 am ceremony will be performed by Father Richard Farrell.
The bride-elect, daughter of Frances Osteen of Elmira and the late Paul Osteen Sr., graduated from Southside High School in 1990 and is currently employed by Toshiba Display Devices in Horseheads.
The Bridegroom-elect, son of Earl and Colette Courtney of Elmira, NY, graduated from Elmira Free Academy in 1980 and earned a BA in Marketing Management from Orlando College in 1997.
He is currently employed by Lowes Home Improvement Center in Horseheads and is also in the Naval Reserves.
Matron of honor will be Alyce Courtney of Elmira, NY.
Bride-elect's attendants will include; Theresa Courtney of Rochester, NY and Alisha Jones of Elmira, NY.
The flower girl will be Emily Osteen of Elmira, NY.
The best man will be Abraham Horne of Orlando, Fl. Groomsmen will include; Kevin Courtney of Elmira, NY and Brian Courtney of Bath, NY.
The reception will be held at the American Legion, Elmira Heights.
The honeymoon will be in Niagra Falls, Canada.
