CLEMMONS, N.C. -- Crystalline Joline Smith and Richard Michael Johns were married June 14, 2008, in Holy Family Catholic Church, Clemmons, N.C., by the Rev. Fred Werth.
The ceremony was followed by a reception in the Conference Hall.
The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Jody Johns of 6388 Robinhood Road, Pfafftown, N.C.
Tina Bledsoe of Macon, Ga., aunt of the bride, was maid of honor.
Best man was Richard E. Johns, the bridegroom's father.
MaryBeth LaRose of Westport, cousin of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid.
Flower girl was Madison Bledsoe of Macon, the bride's cousin.
Jeremy Johns of Pfafftown, brother of the bridegroom, was usher.
Ring bearer was Justin Franks of Macon, the bride's cousin.
The bride was escorted by the bridegroom's grandfather, William Quick Sr., of Plattsburgh.
Readings were by the bridegroom's grandmother, Janet Quick; his aunt, Tammy LaRose; and his mother, Jody Johns.
Crystalline Johns graduated from West Forsyth High School in Clemmons.
She is employed at K-Mart in Clemmons, and she cares for their daughter, Ashley Marie Johns.
Richard Johns graduated from Ronald Reagan Senior High School, Pfafftown.
He is attending Nascar Technical Institute in July to pursue a career in auto mechanics.
After a wedding trip to Plattsburgh, the couple resides in Pfafftown.
