Butler residents Brenda Burd and Douglas Zarnick exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. June 17, 2000 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Butler.

The Rev. John Neyman Jr. officiated.

A reception followed at the Meridian United Presbyterian Church.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Peach of Butler and Mr. and Mrs. Philip Burd Sr. of Sturgis, Mich.

Parents of the bridegroom are Lt. Col. Dale Zarnick of Butler and the late Donna Zarnick.
