LEXINGTON, N.C. — Danisha Luciano and William Quesnel Jr. were married May 2, 2009, in an outdoor wedding at the home of Donald Kennedy in Lexington, N.C., by the Rev. George Garman. The ceremony was followed by a reception.
The bride is the daughter of Frances Luciano and Jose Hernandez of Luquillo, Puerto Rico. The bridegroom is the son of William and Cheri Quesnel of Ellenburg Center.
Deisha Carrillo of Luquillo, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Best man was Alexander Quesnel of Little Creek Naval Base, Norfolk, Va., the bridegroom's brother.
Keysha Hernandez of Luquillo, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Flower girl was Kayla Tate of Olympia, Wash., the bridegroom's niece.
Donald Kennedy of Lexington was usher. Ring bearer was Jacob Penington of Lexington.
Danisha Quesnel graduated from Isidro A. Sanchez High School and from Carribean Beauty and Technical Institute.
William Quesnel Jr. graduated from Northern Adirondack Central School in Ellenburg. He is employed by KCA in Fayetteville, N.C.
The Quesnels reside at 62 Azalea Drive, Spring Lake, N.C. They will take a wedding trip at a later date.
