PLATTSBURGH — Jessica Lynn Hopkins and Justin Ryan Soule were married April 4, 2009, in Plattsburgh Memorial Chapel, 100 U.S. Oval, Plattsburgh, by Judge James Rogers III.
The bride is the daughter of Carol Hopkins of 23 Intervale Ave., AuSable Forks, and the late George Hopkins. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Lucille Soule of 1798 Main St., Keeseville.
Rebecca Gero of Plattsburgh was maid of honor.
Best man was Adam Soule of Chicago, the bridegroom's brother.
Bridesmaids were Erin Tate of Keeseville, the bridegroom's sister; Amanda Frazier of Las Vegas; and Morgan Devins of Westchester, Pa.
Flower girls were Kenya and Alexandria Tate, nieces of the bridegroom.
Groomsmen were Cory Barton of AuSable Forks; Nathan Rock of Coxsacki; Shaun Labounty of Plattsburgh; Andrew Daggett of Troy; and Denny Doyle of Keeseville.
Ring bearer was Savien Tate, the bridegroom's nephew.
The bride was escorted by her mother, Carol Hopkins.
A reception was held at the Burgundy Room in Plattsburgh.
Jessica Soule graduated from AuSable Valley Central School, Clintonville, in 1998 and Plattsburgh State in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is employed at Advanced Women's Healthcare.
Justin Soule graduated from AVCS in 1998 and Clinton Community College, Plattsburgh, in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. He is employed at Pepsi.
After a Western Caribbean wedding cruise, the Soules reside at 66 Chesterfield St., Keeseville.
