CADYVILLE — Nikole Michelle Christon and Todd Michael Mihill were married June 26, 2009, in St. James Church by Msgr. Lawrence Deno.
The bride is the daughter of Clifton and Michelle Christon of Schuyler Falls and the granddaughter of John and Marion Christon of Cadyville and Raymond and Barbara Caouette of Plattsburgh.
The bridegroom is the son of David and Tammy Mihill of Lake Placid and the grandson of Bernard and Marie Preston of Lake Placid.
The maid of honor was Kayla Christon of Schuyler Falls, sister of the bride.
The best man was Shawn Mihill of Lake Placid, brother of the bridegroom.
Bridesmaids were Kathy Johnson of Orlando, Fla.; Amanda Mavor of Plattsburgh; Mindy House of Watertown; Terra Ellis of Freedom; and Shirley Dubrey of Saranac.
Junior bridesmaid was Bethany Simpson of West Chazy. Desiree Christon of Cadyville and Alivia Ellis of Freedom were the flower girls.
Groomsmen were Mathew Simpson of West Chazy; Kevin Eidens of Scotia; Greg Truitt of Oceanside, Calif.; Travis Christon of Plattsburgh; and Adam Christon of Schuyler Falls. Reagan Morin of Ellenburg Center was the ring bearer.
Assisting with the wedding were Katie Christon of Cadyville and Lindsay Duquette of Morrisonville.
A reception, hosted by Clifton and Michelle Christon, was held at the Rainbow Wedding and Banquet Hall in the Gold Room, Altona.
The bride graduated from the CV-TEC LPN program and is employed by Vista Knoll Skilled Nursing Facility and is specializing in wound care. She is pursuing her BSN.
The bridegroom graduated from Plattsburgh State with a bachelor's degree in political science. He is in his third year as a crewchief in the U.S. Marine Corps and is stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif., with the Gunfighters of HMLA 369.
The couple reside in Oceanside, Calif.
