PLATTSBURGH -- Lisa L. Desotell and Gilbert O. Rabideau II were married June 21, 2008, in the Butcher Block Restaurant (boardroom), Plattsburgh, by Justice of the Peace Rose Marie Miller.
The ceremony was followed by a reception.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Rose of 52 Honey Drive, Plattsburgh, and the late James L. Desotell.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Rabideau of 72 Rabideau Road, Altona.
Jennifer Dashnaw of Plattsburgh was maid of honor.
Best men were Rodney Forgette of Altona and Tyler J. Desotell of Plattsburgh, the bride's son.
Alexis Rabideau of West Chazy, daughter of the bridegroom, was flower girl.
Lisa Rabideau graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1994.
She is employed at the YMCA in Plattsburgh.
Gilbert Rabideau attended Northern Adirondack Central.
He is the foreman for R&S Forgette Builders.
The Rabideaus reside on Wallace Hill Road in Plattsburgh, and they have their own business, "G&L Construction."
They will take a wedding trip at a later date.
