PLATTSBURGH -- Renée Ann Roberts and Michael John Castine were married Sept. 8, 2007, in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Plattsburgh, by the Rev. Phillip Allen of St. Matthews in Black Brook.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Cynthia Roberts of 2287 Silver Lake Road, AuSable Forks. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Holly Castine of 8296 Route 22, West Chazy.
Amanda Rulfs of Winchester, Va., was maid of honor. Best man was Peter Castine of Lewis, brother of the bridegroom.
Bridesmaids were Ashley Garrow of Plattsburgh, Nicole Myers of Chateaugay, Diane Amelio of Plattsburgh, Lacey Stowe of Cadyville; Kimberly Douglas of Saranac, the bride's cousin; Brooke Castine of Lewis, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; and Crystal Ojida of Plattsburgh.
Flower girls were Sadie Hart and Sophie Hart of AuSable Forks, the bride's cousins.
Ushers were Robbie Dragoon, Jared Jarvis and Jamie Moore, all of Plattsburgh; Ryan Delaney of Oakland, Calif; and Matt Call, Mike Merchant and John Southwick, all of Plattsburgh.
Ring bearer was Landon Castine of Lewis, the bridegroom's nephew.
Soloist was Richard Castine, father of the bridegroom; organist was Dean Tremblay, the bridegroom's cousin.
Readers were Kody Buysse, cousin of the bride, and Danielle Filion, the bridegroom's cousin.
Gift givers were Mark Fournier, uncle of the bride, and Teryn Roberts, the bride's cousin. Bridgett Buysse, cousin of the bride, was the program giver.
Special readers were Diane and Wayne Roberts, aunt and uncle of the bride.

A reception was held at the Rainbow Wedding and Banquet Hall, White Room, in Altona.
Renée Castine is a student at Plattsburgh State, working towards a degree in elementary education with a concentration in English.
She is a sales associate at the Gap Outlet in the mall and is also a Make-A-Wish wish granter.
Michael Castine is also a student at Plattsburgh State, working towards a degree in criminal justice.
He is a full-time customer service representative at Verizon Wireless.
The Castines reside at Route 22, West Chazy.
They are taking a cruise to Jamaica and Mexico in December.
